Sulaxmi Prasad serves as Chief People and Strategy Officer of Taylor’s Education Group (TEG), where she leads initiatives focused on organisational transformation, people strategy and long-term capability building. Her work is centred on creating environments where people, purpose and performance come together to drive meaningful and sustained impact, while strengthening TEG’s position as a great place to work and building the capabilities needed to support its growth and ambition.

With experience spanning global organisations including Infosys, Agoda, Digi Telecommunications, Herbalife Nutrition and Zalora, she has led large-scale transformation efforts across talent, rewards and HR technology. An engineer by training, Sulaxmi holds an MBA with Honours from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also contributes to broader conversations on the future of work and learning as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
