All vacancies are listed on our careers portal at https://careers.taylors.edu.my/. Simply browse open positions, select the role that you are interested in and complete the online application form.
For most roles, you will need to submit your curriculum vitae (CV) and an optional cover letter.
For academic positions, applicants may also be required to provide a detailed CV that includes the following information:
- Publications in ISI/Scopus/Clarivate over the last five (5) years, with journal ranking (such as Q1 and Q2)
- Current Scopus h-index
- Research grants secured as Principal Investigator (PI), including project titles and total grant amounts
- Number of PhD or Master’s students (or both) successfully supervised, including your supervisory role
- Any Intellectual Property (IP) you may hold (patents, copyrights, trademarks)
You will receive an automated email confirmation once your application has been successfully submitted through our portal.
Our typical hiring process takes between 4 and 8 weeks from the application closing date for professional and administrative roles, and may take up to 12 weeks for academic positions depending on the seniority of the role and the size of the applicant pool.
Our recruitment process is designed to help us get to know you better while giving you the opportunity to learn more about us. It typically begins with an initial conversation with our HR team, followed by one or more interviews with the hiring team for shortlisted candidates.
Depending on the role, you may also be invited to complete a skills assessment, deliver a presentation or conduct a mock lecture for academic positions.
We aim to provide constructive feedback to candidates who have progressed to the interview stage but were not selected.
Due to the high volume of applications received, we are unable to provide individual feedback to applicants who are not shortlisted. However, all applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via an automated email.
