Josephine Tan is the Campus Director of Taylor’s College, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience across the education and corporate sectors. Her leadership has been shaped by a strong commitment to academic excellence and organisational transformation. Since 2017, she has led Taylor’s College in strengthening its position as one of the region’s leading pre-university institutions, with internationally recognised programmes including Cambridge A Level, SACEi and ACCA.

From 2019 to 2025, she also served as Pro Vice-Chancellor of International Relations at Taylor’s University, where she expanded global partnerships with leading institutions across the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. Prior to this, she served as Dean of the School of Communication at Taylor’s University and played a key role in shaping humanities education in Malaysia. Her work continues to reflect a deep belief in education as a force for opportunity, growth and lasting impact.
