Code of Conduct & Ethics
Our Code of Conduct & Ethics sets out the standards of behaviour expected from employees, management, board members, contractors and affiliates.

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC)
Taylor’s adopts a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery and corruption.
We are committed to complying with:

- Section 17A Corporate Liability Provisions
- Anti-Money Laundering legislation
- Applicable anti-corruption laws in countries where we operate
Our ABAC programme includes:

- Vendor integrity commitments

- Reporting and investigation mechanisms
Suppliers and business partners are also required to comply with Taylor’s anti-corruption standards through Vendor Declarations and contractual commitments.
Speak Up Safely (Whistleblowing)
Taylor’s encourages employees, students, parents, vendors and stakeholders to report any suspected wrongdoing without fear of retaliation.
Reportable concerns include:

Taylor’s provides an independent reporting platform that allows concerns to be raised confidentially and, where permitted by law, anonymously. Whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected from retaliation.
