Taylor’s International School Kuala Lumpur Invests in the Future with Major Campus Transformation

Major campus investment strengthens student wellbeing, achievement and future readiness

KUALA LUMPUR, 17 July 2026 – The campus transformation at Taylor’s International School Kuala Lumpur (TISKL) is taking shape as work progresses on its new Sports Complex and enhanced campus facilities.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the development represents one of the school’s most significant investments to date, reinforcing TISKL’s commitment to delivering a holistic education that prepares students to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

The transformed campus will feature an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a youth-sized football pitch, dedicated performing arts facilities, a modern cafeteria and enhanced campus infrastructure, including an underground car park.

Together, these purpose-built facilities will create more opportunities for students to discover new passions, pursue excellence in sport and the arts, build confidence, develop resilience and strengthen connections across the school community.

“This development is not simply about creating new facilities. It is about shaping an environment where students can grow academically, physically and creatively, while developing the confidence and resilience they need for the future,” said Mr Peter Wells, Principal of Taylor’s International School Kuala Lumpur.

The Sports Complex forms part of TISKL’s broader vision to elevate its city-centre campus and create a more inspiring environment for learning, wellbeing and student life.

Through spaces designed for movement, performance, collaboration and community, students will be encouraged to explore their interests, take on new challenges and grow as well-rounded individuals.

The development also reflects Taylor’s Schools’ commitment to nurturing Relevant, Responsible and Resilient global citizens by creating environments where leadership, teamwork, creativity and wellbeing are embedded into everyday learning experiences.

As the transformation continues, TISKL remains focused on creating a campus that supports the evolving needs of its students and community — one where learning, sport, creativity and wellbeing come together.

The completed development will mark a new chapter for the school and strengthen its commitment to raising students who are ready to thrive in school, in life and in a changing world.
